Making things clear

Several contradictory decisions of the Ministery of Education and attemps of deans of Universities to resolve the rissen problems for the students resulted in a burocratic hellride. And when things are really hard to explain a drawing of Tejohaas can come in handy.

Simplon Hospiz

I've been charging my batteries in Switserland. Climbing with Van Wijk brothers and their dad and Bart and Linde from Leuven. In the Simplon Hospiz we recovered after summiting Monte leone (3553 m.)

Utopier

Today I revisited the vanishing village of Pier, Germany with the French artist JM Crapanzano. The nearby quary is moving in rapidly. Within a few months there will be no Pier no more.  JM is talking about 'Utopier', an artproject and memorial for Pier. I have been making some murals for the  project....

Ready to print

The postcards have been coloured - it took me a while. Thank to Romy for her stern advices! Now I have to choose a printing method suitable for the six cards, ready on august 25th.

Text Based Work 1

Till the 9th of Septembre sketches and originals of my drawings and cartoons are being exhibited in the library of SCHUNCK in Heerlen. This exhibition is the first of a series of five of different artists showing 'Text Based Works'. The exhibition will include some six postcards of Heerlen, which will be available in SCHUNCK as well. I'm in the process of colouring now....
